In 1989, Pro Cleaning Experts opened its doors to service Ames, IA. The services offered included carpet cleaning services. The company has grown from its humble beginning to its current operation today. In 2007 the company was purchased by me, Steve Waters. Today we serve Story, Boone and Polk Counties and have been known to get into Webster county
Today Pro Cleaning Services offers many services with the most up to date equipment.
We offer carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stone cleaning and soon wood floor refinishing.
We have replaced the outdated carpet cleaning machines (hot water extraction method) with state of the art equipment. These truck mount machines offers efficient high heat and water extraction. This enables us to provide deep cleaning as well as a quick drying process. Most carpets will be dry within 2-4 hours after the job is done. Homeowners are able to put their furniture and lives back without the fear of damage.
We are still a locally owned, family run operation. I welcome the opportunity to discuss our services with you. I am usually involved with most jobs. We are not satisfied until you are.
