About Us
| In 1989, Jon Englemen started Pro Cleaning Experts with the intent of offering carpet cleaning and janitorial services in the Story County and specifically to the Ames, IA market. Over the years Pro Cleaning has grown from a one man operation to a current staff of 15 part time and 2 full time employees and has expanded to include the Ames and Ankeny areas. Some of our clients include Windsor Point/Brighton Park, Furman Properties, Cooper Properties, MICA, 1st National Bank, Huxley Communications, Hunziker Properties, Havercamp Properties just to name a few.
Pro Cleaning Experts changes its name to Pro Cleaning Services to better reflect what the company has to offer to home owners, commercial businesses and to the students residing in Ames and Ankeny.
Our carpet cleaning method is hot water extraction. This is the preferred method of deep cleaning all types of carpet by all carpet manufacturers. In December of 2008 we purchased a new cleaning machine that will enable the customer to use the cleaned room within 2 hours.
Pro Cleaning Services is now owned by Steve Waters. We continue to offer specialized cleaning services to the Story County area including, but not limited too: Carpet Cleaning, Janitorial Services, Tile cleaning (ceramic and VCT), water extraction due to broken pipes or floods. We are available on an appointment basis and offer emergency services. We also offer for rent specialized equipment from air blowers to dehumidifiers.
We are still a family owned business that is not satisfied until you are. We look forward to working with you in the near future.
